Épisode 10 – MUM & DAD

Pour la première fois, nous avons réalisé un épisode en distanciel : image et son. Dans cet épisode vidéo, vous découvrez MUM & DAD : son décor et ses plats. Ce restaurant de Street food fraîchement ouvert et situé dans la charmante ville de Soustons, dans les Landes, propose des Berliner kebabs et des bowls haut en couleurs.
MUM & DAD se distingue par son ambiance chaleureuse et son concept unique. Le restaurant est géré par un couple passionné, Anne et Jeremy, qui ont misé sur une cuisine maison et des produits locaux et de saison pour créer une expérience culinaire originale. À déguster sur place, à emporter.
Après un parcours professionnel autour de la boucherie pour Jeremy et de la communication dans l’événementiel pour Anne, les deux restaurateurs ont décidé de créer un projet à leur image avec comme slogan : « slow life, good food, happy soul ».
Anne vous partage toutes les étapes du projet MUM & DAD : l’achat du local, le concept, les travaux, la récente ouverture et l’objectif de la saison estivale à venir. Un projet de restaurant qui se concrétise et qui, on l’espère, attirera les gourmands sur la côte landaise.
