Julie et Joe ont ouvert en 2016 leur brasserie, l’Idéaliste. Avec leurs deux apprenties, ils assurent un service unique du midi avec 50 couverts et une terrasse d’une trentaine de places l’été. Ce n’est pas facile tous les jours et la crise de la covid ne les a pas aidés. Mais ils ont de la ressource, pleins de projets, le moral et le sourire bien accroché.
